- Template Library: Access pre-built story structure templates for various genres
- Storyboard Planning: Visual planning tools for plot and chapter organization
- Context Management: Track characters, locations, timelines, and world-building details
- EPUB3 Export: Generate KDP-ready EPUB files
- Subscription Billing: Paid subscription plans processed through Stripe
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must authenticate using a Google account to access the Service
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You may not share your account credentials
3.2 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Paid Services
- Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after any free trial period
- Subscriptions are billed monthly at $10 USD per month (subject to change)
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.
4.2 Free Tier
- Users may maintain one (1) active book project without a paid subscription
- Additional features and projects require an active paid subscription
4.3 Billing Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled
- You may cancel at any time through the billing portal
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the current billing period are available upon request and are processed via Stripe
4.4 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed through Stripe and return the unused portion of your current billing period (pro-rated)
- Refunds generally complete within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary)
- When a refund is issued, your account immediately switches to Free Mode
- All premium books are archived and one book remains active on the Free plan
- If you want to keep archived books accessible, you may cancel instead of requesting a refund (service remains active until period end)
4.5 Content Retention
- Upon subscription cancellation or non-renewal, all book projects except your earliest book may be archived
- Archived books become read-only and cannot be edited
- Resubscribing restores access to archived books
- We reserve the right to delete archived content after 90 days of inactivity
4.6 Cooldown Policy
- To prevent refund abuse, accounts that receive a refund enter a time-based cooldown until the start of the next monthly billing cycle
- During cooldown you cannot re-subscribe or regain premium features
- Cooldown is not punitive and ends automatically at the next cycle start
4.7 EU Consumer Rights and Withdrawal
- For EU consumers, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts
- Because digital services begin immediately, at checkout we ask you to:
- Consent to immediate access to the service
